I was extremely disappointed with the staff's attitude. It took four hours to get our room cleaned after we extended our stay, and it was frustrating waiting with no updates.

The air conditioning in my room was essentially non-functional, making my stay uncomfortable!!! The spa being closed without notice was a letdown, and the bar's terrace was closed despite suitable weather conditions!!!
