Some rooms offer a stunning view of the river, while the restaurant by the Congo river provides a perfect atmosphere for meals. the staff is generally polite and helpful, and they provide directions like when asked to direct me to a particular shop that had been recommended to me. Plus, the breakfast is decent with a wide range of options.

The bathroom was equally impressive, with all the amenities we needed and a thoughtful towel-saving initiative. The food at the restaurant overlooking the pool was always delicious, and we appreciated their use of paper straws. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the river promenade.

From the moment I arrived, the luxury experience started at this hotel. the exclusive amenities in the room were exactly what I needed to relax and unwind after a long day of business meetings. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, offering fantastic treatments at a reasonable price. the Swimming pool area was absolutely stunning, with a lovely sun terrace and beautiful garden area.

Despite this, the room was still beautiful and had many exclusive facilities.

During my Christmas holiday, the complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby were greatly appreciated. being in close proximity to the mall and promenade made it easy to explore the city. the pool area was a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The service at the restaurant was very slow and frustrating. the beds and pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.
